Participe présent ou adjectif verbal ?
négligeant / négligent, fatiguant / fatigant, convainquant / convaincant.
La forme en -ant est un participe présent (invariable) quand elle exprime une action, souvent avec un complément ; c'est un adjectif verbal (variable) quand elle exprime une qualité.
