Emphasis: c'est… qui, c'est… que, ce qui… c'est
How French stresses part of a sentence, since it can't rely on voice stress like English.
C'est… qui / c'est… que

Ce qui / ce que / ce dont… c'est
- Ce qui me plaît, c'est sa franchise.What I like is his frankness.
- Ce que je veux, c'est dormir.What I want is to sleep.
- Ce dont j'ai besoin, c'est de vacances.What I need is a holiday.
Dislocation
In speech, French moves an element to the start or end and repeats it with a pronoun:
- Moi, je n'aime pas ça.I don't like that. / Me, I don't like that.
- Ce film, je l'ai déjà vu.That film, I've already seen it.
- Il est fou, ton frère !Your brother's crazy!
