Double object pronouns: il me le donne
The order when two pronouns meet before the verb.
When a sentence has two object pronouns before the verb, they follow this order:
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| me, te, se, nous, vous | le, la, les | lui, leur | y | en |
- Il me le donne. He gives it to me.
- Je te la présente.I'll introduce her to you.
- Je le lui ai dit.I told him / her (it).
- Elle nous en a parlé.She told us about it.

Pronouns follow the verb, with the direct object first, and me/te become moi/toi, just like English:
- Donne-le-moi !Give it to me!
- Envoyez-la-leur.Send it to them.
- Ne me le dis pas.Don't tell me (it).
