Basic prepositions: a, en, de, con, por, para
Direction with a, position with en, origin with de, and the «personal a».

| para | purpose, recipient | Es para ti. |
The personal «a»
When the direct object is a specific person, put a before it: Veo a María, Busco a mi hermano. Not with things: Veo la casa.
- Llamo a mi madre todos los días.I call my mother every day.
- Vamos a la playa en coche.We're going to the beach by car.
