Future perfect and conditional perfect
Habré terminado, habría ido: completion in the future, guesses, and the past that didn't happen.

| conditional perfect | habría, habrías, habría… + participle | Yo no lo habría hecho. |
Future perfect
- something that will be complete before a future point: En 2030 habremos pagado la casa.
- a guess about the recent past: No contesta; habrá salido. = He must have gone out.
Conditional perfect
- something that didn't happen: Te habría llamado, pero no tenía batería.
- the main clause of the unreal past conditional: Si lo hubiera sabido, no habría venido.
- a guess about a more distant past: Ya habrían cenado cuando llegamos. = They must have had dinner already…
- Para el lunes ya habré leído el libro.By Monday I'll have read the book.
- Con más tiempo, habríamos visitado Toledo.With more time, we would have visited Toledo.
