El «su» español se divide en his, her, its, their o your según el poseedor.

El genitivo 's
Para «el … de + persona», el inglés pone el poseedor delante con 's: Paul's car (el coche de Paul), my parents' house (plural en -s: solo apóstrofo), the children's room.
