Never have I seen…, Not only…, Hardly had I…, No sooner… than.
Στον επίσημο λόγο, όταν μια έκφραση αρνητική ή περιοριστική μπαίνει στην αρχή, το υποκείμενο και το βοηθητικό αντιστρέφονται, όπως σε ερώτηση.
