Conditionals: if + present, if + past
If I have / If I had / If I were you: the first three structures.

If I were
In type 2, were is often used for every person, especially in If I were you (to give advice): If I were you, I'd accept. «If I was» is common in speech.
Unless
Unless = if … not: I'll go unless it rains (= if it doesn't rain).
