Can y el imperativo
Expresar capacidad y permiso, y dar órdenes o consejos.
Can / can't
Can es un modal: la misma forma en todas las personas, seguido de la forma base sin «to», preguntas y negación sin «do».
- She can swim.Sabe nadar.
- Can I open the window?¿Puedo abrir la ventana?
- I can't hear you.No te oigo.
El imperativo
Forma base sin sujeto, igual para tú y usted: Sit down. Open the door. Be careful! Negativo con don't: Don't worry. Don't be late. Para «vamos a…»: let's: Let's go! Let's not argue.
